“I walked in today for the first time. I’ve always had health insurance through my employers. I’m unemployed right now and with a family with lots of medical needs, we had to have health insurance and couldn’t afford COBRA anymore. Van Taylor sat down with me and explained my options. I thought I had a pretty good handle on things but I was wrong. He found a great plan for us and it was a lot less than I was expecting to pay. Their customer service was the best I’ve had anywhere in a long time. I really felt like I had a personal healthcare advocate that was knowledgeable and had my interests as their priority.
